We are refining the Certificate of Insurance process, effective immediately.
Linked below are the changes and a template for requesting COIs moving forward. The template gives a brief explanation of each section of the COI. The template can be copied and used each time you create a COI. This will help ensure fewer mistakes are made as you communicate with the certificate holder about the verbiage, coverages, and amounts for the COI.
