As of July 1, 2024, the Division of Risk Management will discontinue its Ergonomics Program for State Agencies, Agencies will need to submit reimbursement requests by May 30, 2024, to be eligible for reimbursement. Requests received after May 30, 2024, will not be considered for reimbursement. Agencies wishing to have any ergonomic assessment performed are encouraged to schedule them as soon as possible to allow sufficient time to order any recommended equipment and complete the reimbursement process, as remaining resources permit, before the change goes into effect on July 1, 2024.
