This month, we’re excited to share several updates within our Loss Control team.
Ron Boshard has transitioned into a specialist role, where he will focus on supporting K–12 entities as the K–12 Specialist / Transportation Consultant for Loss Control. Ron brings extensive experience working with school districts on safety, risk mitigation, and operational best practices. In this role, he will work closely with K–12 organizations to strengthen loss control strategies, enhance student transportation safety, and provide guidance tailored to the unique challenges schools face today.
Alongside Ron’s transition, we are pleased to welcome Del Brady as our new Loss Control Manager, effective January 2026. Del joins us from the City of West Jordan, Utah’s third-largest city, where he served as Risk Manager. During his tenure, he led consistent annual reductions in workplace injuries and vehicle accidents and oversaw the city’s liability claims, subrogation, and safety programming. Del holds a Master of Public Administration along with multiple professional designations in risk, claims, and insurance.
